El Mirador Homeowners Association Board of Directors Special Meeting February 23, 2023

The written agenda for the special Board meeting referenced a single item; "Contracting with a HOA Management Services Company". [sic] The Board adopted the resolution "unanimously" even though it is clear that that not all Board members could hear each other simultaneously. At least two Board members phoned in while others appear to have experienced difficulty in their audio. In one portion of the meeting the President can be heard relaying what he claims the Vice President was saying to him on the phone.
