Joaquin Tadeo made numerous false statements during public meetings, leaving his motives unclear. He may have been deliberately attempting to deceive Association members, or perhaps he struggled with understanding basic concepts and was easily confused. In simpler terms, he was either dishonest or incompetent. According to his own claims, he served on the El Mirador HOA board for 17 years, from 2006 through 2023.
